I came in with a party of ten and they were super kind and swift. There was a new barista, Joey, on the register and an experienced barista Daniel was helping to take the order while also taking orders of his own. What David Reyes doesn't like about Starbucks:
Waited 30 minutes for two drinks to come out. There were six people behind the counter and I didn't hear any drinks being made. When I went up to the counter to ask about my drinks, the two girls at the espresso machine avoided eye contact and ignored me for five minutes. Finally went up to the register to ask about my drinks. When I finally got my drink it tasted weak, the espresso was bad, and the milk was burned. View all feedback.
