I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It is conveniently located in the Beverly Glen Center, which has a lot of other shops and services. The store is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they make great drinks and food. What Mr Sales doesn't like about Starbucks:
I come here two three times a day. I asked a question. The obscene horrible attitude blue-haired monster shift lead at the counter. Argue with me for 5 minutes about what products they do or don't have.. I was only asking about the product I received the day before you don't argue with a customer ever.. this lady should be fired. The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of dishes, the menu also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu card also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been entered.
