If you love Kakigori（かき氷 , this is the place to go! Best one I know and I have tried a few! The only problem I am always facing is to choose between Strawberry milk 苺ミルク】and Apricot milk 杏子ミルク） View all feedback. What Chris K doesn't like about ｕｍｉｃａｆｅ:
I've been to Umi Cafe for lunch and dinner. The food is simple but tasty...portion size could be bigger. Free Wi-Fi and some outlets to charge devices. The staff seem young and the service is spotty. On both visits they couldn't get their register to give me an accurate bill. I had to correct them twice. Hopefully they'll smooth out the rough edges. I support vegan restaurants whenever I can.
