Fox'n Hound Pub - Kamloops

Fox n Hounds was a Friday night staple in the late eighties while attending trade school at what is now TRU.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and usually enjoy their burgers. However, I was extremely disappointed last Friday when their credit card machine malfunctioned and there was no backup option available.

Thursday chicken wings $1for 3. 6 of us after class, ordered 80, with 2 for $12 potato skins + deep fried shrimps. Ordered a sweet potato fries too.

Great local bar space with lots of wood and tvs. Keno bar. Fireplace. Lots of daily and happy hour specials. We ordered a drink each and a bite. The drinks were here quickly. The food arrived but it was wrong. They fixed it immediately. My wife had a stuffed yorkie dessert. Excellent tasting. Like an eclair. Definitely worth trying during happy hour. Its located at the back of a mall so its a little hard to find but worth looking.

Terrible customer service. Employees are disrespectful and unfriendly, with a lack of understanding. They also make multiple mistakes. Overall, the service is a major disappointment. If you want to be treated well, steer clear of this place.
