What Bob McNally doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Ordered takeout for 4 people. Get home BLT Quarter pounder was missing the beef patty! How can that happen??Large chocolate milk wasn't stirred so it looked like all milk. 15 minute drive back to get this addressed and the staff member didn't even apologise. Spending $47 you would expect better than this. Service is usually good here but comeon....this should not happen. Obviously the staff member is not trying to do... View all feedback.
The manager was actually encouraging the team and congratulating them on a job well done. Clean and fast.
