I visit Starbucks regularly and have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the coffee is consistently good and I appreciate the convenience of the location.However, I find that the prices are quite high, especially for some of the specialty drinks. Second time in three visits that I have been served an atrocious cup of luke warm coffee when I ordered hot. Staff are nice enough but the greedy owner keeps them short staffed! View all feedback.
I think Starbucks needs a refresher. New foods on the menu and a little more light in the coffee shop. The coffee is great and the price point fair.
I’ve never been in a slower Starbucks. 30 minutes for one drink. One person making drinks and moving slower than I thought humanly possible.
