Overall, the price and food is about right. I ordered the seafood with crispy noodles. I have 2 shrimps 3 shells and a handful of imitation cancer. All were clearly frozen before and basically tasteless. I basically paid $13 for a bowl of vegetables and noodles. I know it's my fault for ordering seafood in KC, but I can dream.
