An unconventional yet tempting combination of mouth watering flavours, spices and ingredients captivates the taste buds and enriches your palette. Especially when accompanied by one of Cinnabars sumptuous and comprehensive range of local and international wines. I left feeling deeply satisfied on so many levels. Cinnabar is a culinary experience not to be missed."

"There’s definitely a European feel about this cafe in Katoomba. Rustic wooden decor, arty and a clever use of all the spaces. Busy yet you still feel you have privacy in your own cosy nook. Great food and drinks, friendly staff and a very welcoming vibe."

"We went here due to relatively good reviews on trip advisor. At first we were hesitant as they kept on mucking up our booking - three times! The food was delicious though and did not disappoint. Considering the outside is quite a lovely setting we were slightly disappointed the inside lacked a bit of atmosphere but the service on the evening was very friendly, though felt a bit muddled. Would highly recommend the pork belly and polenta chips!"

"Lovely restaurant with very interesting food! A beautiful atmosphere and space. Very warm and cosy! We enjoyed the selection but felt the extras (sides) should be included in the price. We also would have enjoyed having the option for a warm dessert, being a cold mountain evening. Lovely celebration for my Mum’s 80th, thank you for the candle and singing! The service was second to none, particularly Rachael who was lovely, bubbly, attentive and so entertaining!"

"Vietnamese style restaurant that has some marked vegan options located at the bottom end of Katoomba st near the Aldi. Some of the vegan options are definitely better than others with dishes like the Monks Garden Noodle Soup being a little bland, but the Dau Hu Chua Cay Tofu being amazing. They have vegan rice paper rolls as well, but they often sell out by lunch time, which can get a little disappointing"
