Finally! A ramen place where I don't have to worry about my affecting my sodium intake!Most ramen places I've tried in Katy are way too salty. 3 little pigs ramen Tonkotsu broth was tasty, flavorful and had perfect amount of salt! I actually finished the broth. I paired it with hhin white noodles as the menu recommended and it was perfectly al dente.Overall a great eating experience and the chili paste was super hot... It wasn't busy when we got there and they got our orders wrong. I kept having to go to the front to get what I had asked for. They came to ask us if we needed refills once , and when we asked for the check we paid then asked for the receipt and my sweet girlfriend was telling the waitress thank you so much when she just threw it on the table and stormed off.
