My family loves this place. One of the fews who stays open till 10pm. They have yummy flavors. I feel some of them are ice cream and not frozen yogurt at all. They need to hire more people for the summer and weekends. Always crowded and dirty and the floor is sticky. Bin is always full and balancing the dirty cups. We go and grab ours and come out. I came to the last 8:00 on a very rainy day. The place was dead. The two girls who worked there were just talking while the place was so dirty. Not like they didn't clean the time. It's not good at all. The two employees who work there are very lazy. I went there Friday the night and there was no Hershey Top Flower Chocolate and I asked the person to add more. The girl said she wouldn't do it because it would take a long time. And then she said? Sorry? What do people think in the world to say that? Me? Sorry? will solve or fix a problem? I'm sorry, a solution to any problem. Just say, and all the problems are solved. In addition, the place is not clean as the employees are not ready to work. You can see her faces? There are other better places to go in Katy. Avoid this place.
Store felt dirty, it was crowded and smells unpleasant. The toppings were empty and creepy. Overall terrible experience and I won?t come back.
Nothing is wrong with the product, but why is this place so dirty and disgusting? The floors are dirty, the windows are dirty, the door to the store is even disgusting. Also the girl who works here is currently on her phone with half toppings out, the beverage refrigerator has hardly any drinks in it and 2 of the yogurt flavors are out. Was here a handful of time and it was so every time. The toppings are out. What? And your turn!
Yogurt and toppings were delicious, floor was grossly sticky as were counter tops in service area. Looked like it hadn?t been mopped or wiped all day. Employee was very sweet and said they mopped all the time but it just stays sticky. Not an inexpensive outing. Should be clean when serving food. We won?t be returning to this location.
