Food has been excellent every time, love their pho but this time we tried pad Thai, grilled pork dish, and lo main... so so good!!

Horrible food. I ordered UberEat yesterday for the Vietnamese Spicy Noodles Bún bò Huế. Totally disappointed. If you run out of beef shank, you should cancel the order or call the customer and check. Don’t substitute beef shank with stir fried beef which is totally wrong and change the flavor of the foods. This is not respecting the customers thinking we don’t know what we eat. I will never come back here again, not feeling well and want to eat a bowl of hot soup to make me feel better but this is even making my mood worse and wasted my money for bad food.

I just placed an order on UberEat for Vietnamese Spicy Noodle- Bu'n Bo` Hue. However, instead of giving me beef shank for the bu'n bo`, it came with regular beef meat that we eat with vermicelli that eats with vegetables and fish sauce and eggroll. This is totally unacceptable , if you ran out of beef shank, please let customer know not to substitute for something else that is totally changing the flavor of the bowl and the taste of it. I'm not happy and won't come back again.

The food was great. I placed my order and it was ready when I arrived. The staff was nice.
