"The food tasted great and they had good service. But they put whipped cream on my shakes. (For some reason, most fast food places that sell shakes have begun. I ordered 2 packs of her jalapeño bite, but I only have 1 pack of Bronco Berry Sauce. I would usually go to the store to fix drive by mistakes, but they had locked the doors (at 7 pm. So I just went on the ride and asked for more sauce."

"Drove up today and wait for food for over 20 minutes. It turns out that her frittein caught fire, which means that no fried food is. Although we had to change our order and received no frits or notes, they have put together the ticket completely!!! And more important...we are APOLOGETICs about it! Great customer service in an obviously hectic time for them."

"This is one of my favorite places of Denny. The workers are always polite, and their chefs always do an excellent job that prepares our jobs. I live about 6 hours away, but we visit this area about 4 to 5 times a year and we always eat here. We appreciate the hard work and attention to the detail of these workers in Kaufman, Tx. Thanks!!!"

"My husband and I frequent this place quite often and usually the service is pretty good considering we have gone on busy nights. We went on a non busy day and we usually sit at the bar where they come and take your order because it keeps the tab open fordrinks. From the 20 minutes we sat there, we were not acknowledged once nor told we had to order differently than we usually do.All the ladies there would just look at us and look away. We ultimately decided to leave as we figured we would not get ourorder taken. If we would have been asked to go to the cash register to order,l even though we were going to sit at the bar, orat least acknowledged, it would have been completely different. But to get ignored when it was not even busy is something else."
