Our server was cordial but not overtly friendly. Took a while to get our order after being seated even though only a few patrons were there and two servers. Food overall was okay/good, but not great. Probably won’t return due to pricing, lack of friendliness by our server and food quality. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Paradisos:
called ordered two lasagna dinners with salads, asked to hold to see if needed one more they hung up. called back to pay for order, asked for extra dressing for salad, said it 3.50 extra. total charges before charge of 3.50 was 42 dollars and some odd cents. told them to cancelled order and to tell new owner to go back to where see came from. lost customer of 12 years. no wonder Kenai is dying. do not recommend.
