best falafal in the city! I run 15 minutes to walk to eat in baalbak instead of going to another place near the office. I think that's what it says, but I'm gonna make a little more! they make the falafals fresh before them and that makes the difference. it is worth waiting 5 minutes. the staff is always very friendly and helpful and eating is a bargain. it's always full at lunchtime, so early there! "I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and was given a collection time of 6pm. I was there to collect at 6pm and had to wait half an hour for the food. I understand that if it’s busy then food can take longer but they had my phone number and email so they could have told me. They weren’t apologetic and if anything, they seemed surprised that I was unhappy. Foolishly I didn’t ask them to check the order before I left. I got home to discover that one of the items ordered was missing and the samosas were meat instead of veg. It was actually the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had."
