In regards to the location at the woodland mall in kentwood michigan. On 7/21/18 @2pm. Melissa, if this is really her name as she was not wearing a name tag, was beyond rude. There was a line of 4 people ahead of me. She was in the back on her phone and ignoring customers out front. Once i was able to get her attention, i informed her of this.
