What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
I come here multiple times a week for work. EVERYTIME I go there the old lady crabby ass crew they have is rude as hell. Never smile. Act like it's a bother to them to make my order. ALWAYS have to wait longer than they quote you. Regardless if there is 2 people in the store or 20. They need a crew overhaul in the worst way. View all feedback.

I don’t know how this place has this many stars. Every time I come service is the last thing on their mind. First thing I saw was someone stocking chips and on their phone with speakerphone. Idk I’m petty, sure I know but it’s always weird service…it’s from complicated from a customer aspect. I only came bc of T-Mobile coupon lol.
This is the first time that I've ever tried this restaurant chain!Totally Excellent Experience at the Firehouse Subs in Kettering!As you can tell by my images, I really had a ball!!!The employees were great, the sub was great and the customers were great!I will definitely be back!
