Just back from lunch at the Red Lion at Broughton. What a difference! It’s now clean, welcoming and friendly with a very reasonable menu! There were 10 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. My battered Cod was excellent! Garden peas were good as were the chips. Unfortunately couldn’t eat them all! For dessert I had Honeycomb cheesecake with ice cream which was to die for!
