What Ike Hand doesn't like about Lola's Bistro:
that is a jewel in Key West. very difficult to get reservations because they are always crowded. not many tables to make a reservation. Eating is exceptional, prepared in an open opposite of the restaurant. limited night menu that changes almost daily. large parts. it costs about $100.00 per person and they do not take credit cards. they don't serve drinks like soda, icy, etc. so if they want to drink something else.... "We were excited to visit Latitudes, we had heard how lovely this experience was but was greatly disappointed. The journey to the island was incredible but on arrival it just went down hill. The food was plain when we eventually received it and we totally felt rushed to leave the restaurant. We actually received the bill prior to finishing our main course. My husband ordered an Irish coffee which we never received as the bar was closed. The wine we ordered was in a screw top bottle and at $68 we expected better. It was extremely rude tables been broken down and lights extinguished whilst we were still eating. The wine came, no glasses, had to ask twice for bread and overall we knew more about the waiter than we would expect. Overall exceptionally disappointing and a waste of money."

"We had the wonderful opportunity to dinate with little pearls tonight. we had no reservations, but were invited to sit at the bar that was perfect as we interact with the really fun and dedicated staff, ask and learn so much about the cook and the style of the food. the prix fixe 4 curs meal was just perfect. the aromen were simply amazing. can not recommend this location better. best meal we had in the west."
