"Recommendation: Come here for the view and convenience as it is in the four seasons when you stay there, but the food is not unforgettable. Worse: truffles do not have any taste or truffle at all. They were nice and removed it from the bill, but still. The Tamahawk-Steak was served raw when we asked for medium-sized rarity, we had to send him back and it was overcooked? Best: gnocchi were super soft and the tomato soup was good. The rest when the food was good, but nothing I'll remember."

"Make a rsvp, this place gets busy and packed. I had heard so many good things about the Monkeypod Mai Tai's so I had to make a visit. Our only option was 4 pm and I'm glad we did because we were just in time for there happy hour which is 3:30-5 pm. It's $4 off the cocktails and wine plus half off pizza. We had two rounds of Mai Tai's $13 HH originally $17), the pizza and chef's special. Drinks were great, our server was really on top of making sure my food was prepared properly given my dietary restrictions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations. We tried to go back for drinks on a Friday night and was told it'd be a 45 min-1 hour wait so we left. Next time! Overall, great place for drinks with good food, ambience, and service."

"We went there for our anniversary We had a 7 o'clock reservation, we got seated before 7:05, lots of people waiting, (don't try walking in just after sunset, all the Kiehi restaurants fill up then. They were short staffed, but the staff was doing an excellent job. The onion soup is wonderful. I had a perfect med rare prime rib. My wife got an excellent New York. Their desserts are fantastic. We will definitely be back Thank You"

"Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Despite 5pm reservation we were not rushed at all. Bill our main waiter was terrific with great recommendations. We had the Ahi appetizer, followed by beet salad (they split it for us unlike most places when you share one) followed that with the fish of the day Opaka paka. Chocolate brownie dessert was also delicious. All staff was truly amazing. Watch out Mama's Fish House, this was a truly amazing meal!!!"

"Popular fish tacos finally stopped by after passing by for years. Friends rave about this place. Had fish tacos. Seared Ahi sandwich and calamari plate. Food was very good taco are not traditional style I'm used to in So. Cal. But very good. Little pricey if on a buget but you get plenty enough to eat. Fast friendly eat in or outside."

"Staff was friendly and location was easy to find. The place was not too busy on a Tuesday evening. Place looked very clean. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the shrimp and chips. The chicken teriyaki (Thighs) was not great, I would recommend NOT getting it. The shrimp on the other hand was very good. Cooked perfectly and not over done. For me there was a little too much salt and I love salt. The fries are battered fries and were good if you like that style of fry. I took a poll and the 3 other people I asked prefer a standard fry, but I thought they were good, but a little greasy. I would definitely recommend for the seafood, but the group I am with aren't big fish eaters."
