During our visit, we stopped by this bakery early to avoid the long line. They only allow one party in the bakery at a time for orders. We purchased malasadas and scones, which were delicious! The service was super friendly. Highly recommended! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sugar Beach Bake Shop Kihei:
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Variety: There are many options for sweets, which I appreciate.
Dessert: I tried the Lilikoi key lime pie and while I was excited to try it, I found it to be more lime-flavored than Lilikoi. I would have preferred a stronger Lilikoi taste.

Cute little bakery in kihei! the tasty bites we got were delicious and a fun start in our day. a thing to note is that they need to order some items per day in advance. Luckily I had read that in reviews before so we were prepared and ordered the day before, but some articles showed as “out of stock” on their website (I.e the lilikoi pie) while I noticed that they had it the next day in the advertisement in their loading (but we were not able to order it then) I was disappointed that we could not try it. also the shop is quite small and they only allow a party in a time that it can get a little difficult to search, and that can wait long.
Delicious Malasadas!! The cinnamon sugar are where it’s at! We waited in line probably 40 mins, it was worth the wait but I wish I would have known to order the night before. My husband got the coconut cream pie, it too was great!
We stopped by Sugar Beach Bake Shop for some coffee and cakes and appreciated the friendly and efficient service. My husband ordered a tart of some sort that he really enjoyed and I ordered the lilikoi white chocolate square which tasted good at the start but quickly became incredibly sickly to eat although it looked great (I would recommend sharing this with someone). The coffee was average in flavor.
Wife went to a few other coffee shops and wasn't happy with any of them. We stumbled upon this place when we went to the farmers market next door. Wife was happy with their coffee and we order some pastries as well. Staff was polite and service was quick. Will probably be back.
Literally could eat one of everything in here but our favorites were the hot malasadas (li hing topping) and the stuffed malasadas (lilikoi and Ube) were our favorites out of the batch. Be sure to arrive early though because there is a limited batch ??
