"Am speechless.. any friend that comes down from out of India, I always bring them here and myself. Order online every now and then; this place is the best. Must try their hot chocolate.. it’s one of a kind. Ice creams are too good. And they go out of their way for service and quality. No place like this in Mumbai !!! "When you go to such restaurants you don't expect a strand of hair on your plate in the middle of the dinner. I was really enjoying the taste of food until this happened. Even the smaller restaurants have now started taking care of this. I really didn't expect such kind of service in a Taj restaurant. Food tasted yum though and service was quick but the whole hair incident blew me off. But the chef was kind enough to come out and apologize to us.
