For vegans, the only options available were a vegan sushi burrito (which was delicious) and a vegetable roll (which was just okay). We also tried the edamame, which was the highlight of our meal. The restaurant was a charming, small hut located in a beautiful plaza. When I called to inquire about vegan options, the staff seemed unfriendly at first, possibly due to the high volume of tourists. Despite this, I decided to visit the restaurant. Thankfully, the staff in-person were friendly, attentive, and answered all of our questions, making for a more pleasant experience.
