5 stars!! My family and I came in on a Friday around lunch time and I was honestly expecting the worst...However, I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!! A great one for children to burn energy for hours! The pizza is pretty good. Some of the games do not work, and you often know only after you have sworn your card. The place must also be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The last time I was there (two weeks ago), the person disappeared at the door and nobody knew where to go. So I wasn't always at Chuck-E-Cheeses, but I took my kids here to have fun, recently. I didn't eat here, though pros - it's clean.
we stopped at 16:30 on a Wednesday for pizza, as we hoped it wasn't too crazy. we missed the special on Tuesday, where they get two big pizzas.
