"Visiting family in my parents home town of Adare. Took a wander towards the Adare Manor gates and spotted The Good Room. Pretty building like many of the Adare cottages, a beautiful sunny day so made the most of sitting outside. I sat with a...pot of tea and a muffin not certain what flavour it was but looked and tasted good. Several people sat outside eating various different things. Staff were friendly and it was not expensive I visited the toilets which were also clean. Interior of the property has been gutted which would be my only criticism as its lost its character inside."

"Amazing lil Fish Chips place! Small place big on taste and portion. Reminds me of the fish and chips from Penny 's Palapa 's in Nanaimo, (waterfront Canada. The fish batter was simply amazing; the way a fish batter should be! Would definitely come back here again, highly recommended for fish and chips fan! ThAnK You for the delicious food Our server was Super hospitable: Our lil family of four (with 2 young kids from Canada were very impressed with the place. Only regret, if you can call it that was forgetting to order 'mushy peas, ' and other side orders but we were full with the portion we got and glad we stuck with our orders of 3 fish and chips, chicken nuggets and calamari. The salsa was scrumptious. May very well have to come back for another chippy night: Update: We came back and ordered mushy peas and it was delicious and paired well with the fish and chips! unfortunately the pic (outside of restaurant I loaded here is not of Fishers as I did this review via my small phone. Haven 't eaten there (yet but thought it was a charming place from the outside when I took the photo."
