People where nice and place was amazing. Great for a first time experience. The lovely cashier getting off was kind enough to give excellent suggestions to personal tastes. Maker behind the counter was super friendly was a pleasure to talk to. Place was clean and had that real sit down and enjoy atmosphere even with social distancing. View all feedback. Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for it to be done, so I settled for a everything bagel with cream cheese. Went to eat the bagel and its burnt to a crisp. Return to the store and ask for a less burnt bagel. Employee gives me attitude for asking for a less burnt bagel.
