After booking for last Saturday, we pulled up to find that the owner was waiting for us. Unfortunately they had just closed with a gas leak given a voucher for lunch the next day. When we called to check everything was OK she knew exactly who we were excellent Sunday lunch followed they don't like people going away hungry....... View all feedback.
Very friendly staff and eating was excellent to christmas was 11 of us and we all enjoyed it and had a great time
We had booked the sand boy for the purpose of our deceased father. even if you had to satisfy yourself with the current Kovid restrictions, the workers of the Sand-Jung were exelent that eating was great and they really went the extra mile to make a sad day something better. a beautiful friendly pub with tons character
That is a very welcoming pub, a beautiful atmosphere with great food and service that we could wake up our fathers there.
We came here immediately after a funeral at the nearby Crematorium. The car park is well laid out with plenty of space and a short walk to the door. The windows on the building make the place stand out. There were four round tables and several picnic tables outside. We stayed inside and had a buffet, coffee and drinks from the bar. The lady working there served drinks and cleared the plates and glasses up as the afternoon progressed.
Very nice pub very friendly staff fairly priced and very clean
