Make sure to visit Burnham Market. At this cafe, they serve their coffee as hot as Mount Vesuvius. It was my mistake to assume that a special coffee shop would know how to properly make a latte. Heating milk to over 62 degrees Celsius can prevent the creation of proper microfoam, resulting in a negative impact on the coffee's taste. Additionally, it can be dangerous. Lovely place. Normally go for a cheese platter and wine it’s always nice the staff are really nice and friendly.
