"We visited just after the restrictions were lifted. No app so you have to attract the bar staff to take an order but drinks and food arrived promptly. Food no frills pub food but tasty and the overall ambience is relaxed. There are tables outside if the weather is good."

"Visited for a evening meal with some of my colleagues and a customer. I haven’t been to the restaurant before and was very impressed with the location and the surroundings of the venue. We sat outside as the weather was sunny. Lovely staff and in particular a young lady that I believe was fairly new? However she was extremely attentive and polite and even came out and the end of her shift to check we were ok and required anything else? Lovely touch and much appreciated. Will definitely revisit soon."

"We had a Sunday carvery with two drinks £23:50, you are given a table buzzer which will call you when its your turn to get your food, service was prompt, staff polite, tables and area clean and tidy, and the food was good, and typical to be expected, based on the price, service, and the carvery itself which included 3 meats and the usual vegetables we give this a solid 4 stars, would go to 5 if the roast potatoes were not so soft. We will be returning."
