Domino's Pizza - Kingston

Damn the guy that worked tonight Nov 18th made our pizza the best!! This guy needs a raise!

The food was good but there was a bit of a confusion with the use of a coupon due to a language

Have ordered several times from this location and have 0 complaints. Store is clean, staff is friendly and food is constantly 10/10. The staff at this location do an excellent job! Thanks for the awesome pizza guys!

Ordered 2 pizzas. The employee on the phone was a gentleman named Chirag and he was absolutely awesome. So very nice. The pizza was also very yummy as always. This is why i keep coming back to this great location for all my pizza needs!

Extremely late delivery. I buy ALL of my pizza's from Domino's (probably 2 3 times a month) and have never had an issue until last night. I ordered my pizza at 4:55pm and was told it would arrive within 30mins. Ok, fine I know it's likely a busy night (Halloween). After 40mins and no pizza I called back, and whoever answered said they are busy and it would be an hour. I said that I was told 30mins. He said that is our standard delivery time (not correct either from previous orders), and they are busy it will be an hour. I was asked my name/address/phone number again. I said you know my name/address/number because it comes up on your system when you call in. Then he confirmed all my information. Again I said ok and waited. At 6:08 pm still no pizza so I called again, was put on hold then told it would be another 10mins. Finally after 1hr and 20mins the pizza arrived. I was just about to call Papa John's when the delivery guy pulled into the driveway. The driver was nice and apologetic and I don't blame him, but don't tell customers a time if you can't make it. If it's going to be an hour say so, then customers can say ok or not. This is obviously a way to keep the customer on the hook instead of going elsewhere and losing a sale. I will buy from Domino's again, but if I get service like this again I will take my business elsewhere.
