Manager Andre acknowledged my mobile order never came through even though he personally verified the reciept. And told me to wait for 15 mins. He walked away from the issue and just kept saying wait. I inevitably placed another order in person.I also couldnt reach Wendy's customer service either, even though they explicitly said 8am to 8 pm open, followed by saying customer service was closed.
