"A young man named Jesse took our order. I've never had a fast food experience where a worker has been so attentive to getting things right and really seemed as if he loved his job. If he is up for a raise, I'd give it to him. As a small business owner, workers like him do not come around very often. Great job!"

"There was a command-mishap on my doordash, with a few things missing. doordasher was rude and not helpful at all. I really felt emotional, and I really wanted to cry. I called tacobell and spoke to daniel. he was kind and tried his best to help me. I could sort out everything and there was a re-delivery. I called back to thank him for being so friendly and helpful. when I got my order, they gave us a few extra things and we want to make it quite free tacos. Thank you!"
