I saw on the news that this restaurant was worried about closing due to the upgrade of the plaza it is in. Thought I would give it a try and help support it. Ordered a lunch special $7.99 Chicken Wings with fried rice and it came with a hot and sour soup. The free soup was the best part. The Wings and rice were both tasteless.
