"Have eaten here several times and always enjoyed the food. Service was never great, but this time it was worse. The staff did not seem to know how a restaurant works. Had to get the menus and it took too long to take the order. The server could not answer a question about what is in one of the items on the menu. He checked with the cook and recommend an alternative (which was excellent). When the first dish arrived we asked for plates and there was confusion with the servers as to who would get them. There were extra place settings that were not removed. The uneeded items got in the way when the remaining dished arrived. The food definitely saved the meal. If this place learns how provide great service it would get 5+ stars."

"The food is always so fresh. Vegetables are crispy and delicious. Black bean chicken is my favourite dish! Lots of chicken with crispy green peppers and onions! The chicken balls are 90% chicken too! I could go on and on.,,, Portions are large so plan to have leftovers!"

"We live in the Forest Heights area of Kitchener and often stop at the Fish Hut for take out fish and chips. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food is tasty. We were having adults and children for dinner on...Good Friday and decided to pre-order fish and chips to make the meal planning easy. Since Good Friday is their busiest day of the year, they have a few special policies for Good Friday: no eat in service...only take out serving only cod, haddock and halibut (no whitefish or shrimp) gravy and cole slaw are available but not onion rings you can pre-order ...we did and our order of family packs of fish and chips large gravy was ready exactly at as noted on our receipt"

"Tldr: I ordered #321 Rare beef and beef ball pho and shared Vietnamese Style pork and shrimp salad rolls. 100% would get the salad rolls again, tasted super good. Pho was also good, as I expected no less from Pho Dau Bo! Would recommend for quick and authentic Pho. I didn't realize I hadn't had pho for almost a year until I've decided to visit Pho Dau Bo today. I was extremely excited as I have previously (pre-pandemic) been here before and really enjoyed my food along with how fast the food arrived to our table. When it comes to Pho restaurants and their appetizers, it's really hard to know what to order. My friends have already tried some and said we should share the vietnamese style pork&shrimp salad rolls. THEY WERE AMAZING. Peanut sauce perfeclty complimented the rolls wrapped with rice papers, shrimp did not taste fishy at all along with lots of veggies. As for pho, I ordered the rare beef and beef ball pho. The broth was amazing, noodles were also great. One comment to add though is the beef was not as soft as I expected. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful (and quick) time at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheap and fast pho!"

"Let me just start by saying I am not one of those picky high maintenance trying to score a free meal type of person but this was the worst food I have had in a while! My boyfriend and I got a burger and grilled cheese with fries,sounds like a pretty simple quick meal I would say. Took over half and hour and when our food finally did arrive it was cold and rock hard. We mentioned it to our waitress. We did not even have the common curtosy of the manager to come and apologize for the discrace of a meal we had and poor service. We haven't gone there in about a year because the same thing happened the last time. Thought we'd give it a second chance thinking maybe they just had a bad night but it's clear to say they do not know how to run a restaurant. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING THERE!!!!!"
