"Went for by husband’s birthday. So many things went wrong. My beef ribs were so fat, sent back and they said they was substandard. Husband was told he could substitute a salad for potatoes but was charged extra for salad and got no potatoes. He was given dessert menu to choose free treat for his birthday. He got charged for it in the bill. Refunds were SO confusing, we don’t know what we ended up paying…just wanted to get out of there! Never had so much go wrong at the Charcoal"

"Food and service were, as always, fantastic. I brought my baby along this time, he eats bits of whatever I do except can't have dairy. I thought some of the things we ordered didn't have dairy but was wrong (my mistake) and was going to just give him a bottle but she made him his own little dairy-free dish! That was very kind and he absolutely LOVED it. We don't eat out too often but it's always special to come here. Thank you very much."

"Where I come from, all you can eat restaurants are a last resort, even for those unlucky enough to be born without tastebuds or common sense. This is not the case with you guys. Never before in my life have I been offered such glorious amounts of food, the quality of which I'd be hard pressed to find here. On my first visit, my extra order of Beef Teriyaki never arrived after my 10 scoops of Mango ice cream, I assume you thought it must have been a mistake, but no, I loved it that much. My second visit had no such problems, with wave after wave of delicious meat appearing before me, as if to finally help me realise my dream of eating enough to put a restaurant out of business. Sadly, but also thankfully, I was unable to achieve my goal that day. But I intend to try again at some point in the future. Thank you for opening my eyes as to what a real all you can eat restaurant should be."
