"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"I love ace shawarma but dang did it ever get expensive. I paid $23.50 for a “medium” shawarma poutine. It’s so tiny. And this used to be the box they used for smalls back in the day when it was like 7$ ?? jeeez . I honestly think it’s way too expensive when there’s so many shawarma places that are just as good for cheaper in the area. I did get extra sauces on the side- they charge 2$ for each one."

"We've visited a number of times, food always good. Large menu includes Salvadoran and Mexican dishes meat, chicken, shrimp, vegetarian. Homemade tacos and chips. They spice to request with mild or hotter garnishes, so no fears there. Offer a couple of good hard to...find Mexican beers. Very casual, family run, friendly service. Easy to miss as it's upstairs above another restaurant on King Street."

"Our favourite place to eat. The steak was a little more well-done than I expected for medium, but still delicious. Great service. The soup and salad bar come with the meal, so there's always lots to eat. The garlic bread is yummy, too!"
