Visited this place for sunday dinner. Tomato soup for starter, then big cordon bleu (400g) and coffee. Worth the visit, cordon bleu was really good.

bad service, 30 minutes waiting time to order a drink.(no other guests present!) the pastas were unfortunately also not fine.
in the stars in cloten you can eat excellent. we like to go there. the pizza can also be delivered. top!
Pizza's are always delicious, and they are fast! The bring an extra dessert when you order in the evening! Absolutely fantastic.
we ordered at least 25 times pizza. although always with the same number, they are not capable of fulfilling extra wishes. will not be ordered here anymore.

"We were finally happy to have found such a nice location near our home to bring the guest that often visit us and really were looking forward to the nice looking food. Then the waitress came and asked us in a polite way to tell the children not to play but rather sit on their chairs. I politely told her that i will try, but can not promise that because I would never force my children to SIT as adults or even worse, give them a phone to watch some youtube, just because they don 't like children. The waitress said that they would disturb the guests outside while running, even though there was just a couple at the table and they never said anything. Long story short, the waitress told us 3 times that the children should stop playing and at the end, the manager/owner came and tried to explain again while saying that the wooden chairs would cost 600 CHF a chair and once a child broke a glass so they don 't like children to play inside or outside. SHE EVEN SAID THEY SHOULD PLAY ON THE STREET BECAUSE it is a 30 KMH zone so there is no danger. At the end she literally invited us to never come back again because maybe this is not the right restaurant for us ... really sad cause the food and ambience are very nice but parents with free children, think of the story above before going there and if you go, prepare your iphone to make them sit in front of it. I am sure the manager will read this so I am writing to her again what i nicely told her: If you ever wish to have children and will have them, think of what you told to me when you go in a restaurant. Peace !"

"The odor of zigarettes was shown by our meal. the food was average. we ordered the pizza and pesto pasta. the food was well presented, but the taste was nothing special. we did not go back to this restaurant."

"Maison Wenger is a fantastic restaurant in the Jura region of Switzerland. The restaurant is helmed by Jeremy Desbraux whose skills are clearly demonstrated in every plate of food that is served. My favourite dish in the menu that I had was a carrot dish that brought an immediate smile to my face when it was presented. I am always impressed by chefs that manage to transform humble ingredients especially vegetables and make them the star on the plate. Service was very warm and friendly. The assistant sommelier Clement was exceptionally helpful and made the overall meal even more enjoyable."
