Cook Out - Knoxville

This was a burger I ordered cheddar style. Not once did I ever say extra onions. However, this seems deliberate. That?s a whole onion! I keep trying this place hoping they will redeem themselves. If it isn?t the food being terrible and just wrong, it?s the staff being extremely rude. I think we will stop giving chances and drive a little further to a different location. Get it together.

This is a repeat issue I have had with this particular cookout but normally it?s one maybe two out of my quesadillas I order. This time all four of my quesadillas were cold to the point the cheese didn?t even melt all of the way and the tortillas were hard and definitely not heated. This is ridiculous and a waste of money.

It?s always fast to get your food after you place the order! Food always has a good taste! But the milkshakes is where it?s at! It also has a double drive through as well! The employees are always super nice!

I found a piece of hair in my food and there was still more in the food. My mom also bite into her ranch bacon wrap and the bacon was raw. We love cookout but I shouldn?t of had to spend my money on that.

Inconsistency happens, I'm just happy that they're open late.
