FIREHOUSE Superior Subs. Have had their Italian, Meatball, Brisket, Club, etc. Eaten dozens of these uniquely seasoned subs at most every Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville location. They are made, generally/consistently the same way. Drawbacks: they are more expensive than Nixons Deli, but not chintzy with the meat like Nixons...and they don't taste like cardboard.
