I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and was highly impressed. My party had 18 people and we were accommodated very well. I called in the morning to let them know how many people would be coming and when. When we arrived, we were seated promptly. Our servers were very attentive throughout the evening. What Paul Buschke doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:

Man- the service is amazing and the food- especially the Porchini Rubbed Ribeye- the best! Down Ruth Chris for half the price. Try the Porchini Rubbed everything!
A packed Sunday afternoon and Father's day so a lot going on but the food was good! When things went wrong they did their best to make it right and that's about all that can be done. I appreciated the service and how willing they were to work with us. The Ribeye and Sirloin was cooked well and still somewhat reasonably priced.
I can't remember the last time I ate at Longhorn, but am so glad I found this one. Michael was an excellent server who helped us with a smile even though we came in 30 minutes before close. We got a salad, a baked potato, and a bowl of potato soup, so it was out super quickly, and we left right as they were closing. While I don't live in Knoxville, if I am ever back in town, I will stop here again!
My parents took me for the 22nd birthday and we had the best service. My father wanted a certain beer they didn't have right now, so the manager came up and gave him another beer on the house. The server, Rob, was exceptionally friendly and fast on his feet. Mother and I ordered a side of the house Makkaroni and was blown away. The manager, Steve and Server have checked for us several times to make sure our first time was the best time. Spectacular food, service and atmosphere all around!
Fantastic service, my food was delicious strawberry salad, smoked Mac and cheese, bourbon salmon rice, ooh and longhorn on tap is a full and crisp finish, very nice
