Knippschild`s Restaurant - Köln

What thandeka Nzimande likes about Knippschild`s Restaurant:
I have made about 15 trips to Cologne and eaten at restaurants and brauhauses all over the city. In my opinion, the best place to eat is Knippschild's. It is located across the street from an S-11 train stop at Dellbruck, a short ride from the Main Station. All food is freshly prepared and portions are large, tasty and reasonably priced. What Helene Baum doesn't like about Knippschild`s Restaurant:
Attractive restaurant and nicely prepared (and plentiful!) food, but why oh WHY serve on stone cold plates? This is my bete noir in any decent restaurant that takes loving care in serving good food, but WHY served on a freezing plate? Do they want the meal to cool down quickly so one ends up with cold meat, veg and sauce, or is one supposed to gobble it as quickly as possibly whilst it still has some heat?Come on res...
