What User doesn't like about Chardonnay:
Only okay food but helpful staff. They seem to realize the resort's included breakfast portions are too small so they are kind enough to serve us more. Staff is a little too relaxed considering the context and prices however, yelling orders across the room and chatting. The food and the presentation is a little pretentious. View all feedback.
Beautiful resort, amazing room, great staff and service. I cannot give it a 5/5 because the AC barely works and it made the stay, especially the sleep, not as comfortable as it could have been. They sent technicians, and in the end provided a fan, but for a hotel like this you expect the AC to just work Other than that, loved it

We decided to cut our stay short at Summer Resort, staying only one night out of the three we had originally booked, for several reasons. Firstly, Summer is not a luxury resort - the rooms are clean and bright, but basic. The beds are raised on a cement platform, which can be dangerous if you have to get up in the night. Secondly, while the pool area is beautiful, the lounge beds are crowded and uncomfortable. Guests are required to get hand towels from the reception instead of the pool area, supposedly to limit the number of towels used, but this is not a defining characteristic of a luxury hotel. Lastly, despite the legal requirement for hotel staff in Thailand to wear masks, this was not consistently enforced. This was a bit shocking for us coming from Bangkok. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful in arranging for us to move the rest of our stay to a beach (which is much more beautiful) instead.
While staying at a resort in Thailand, we found that the rooms here are top-notch. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Koh Phangan. It's the perfect base for exploring the island, although the road leading to the hotel is a bit dirty and filled with potholes. Overall, we give it a 100% rating.
Great restarant, excellent service. Very good food. We were having the last two days breakfast and dinner while we stay in the hotel Summer Luxury in Koh Phangan. Sorry we have to leave tomorrow.
