What User likes about Ilima Terrace:
we wanted to sit a nice breakfast and deliver it. one of the better restaurant tofu scrambles I had, very tasteful with many good tastes included. also they can not beat the hope. in the grand hyatt resort. service was excellent and we have added toast and a bagel to each of our boards and were not extra charged. they have a buffet that would probably work for vegetarian, but as a vegan we have ordered the menu. seve... What User doesn't like about Ilima Terrace:
Don't get the buffet! Sure, it has most of the regular articles available, but they? only on behalf. The items made to order do not look like the stale, overcrowded, overcrowded garbage in the chafing dishes. I tried a few things, and they smeared as bad as they looked. "Let me start off by saying that the hype for these acai bowls are no joke! The acai bowls are fire . They were far different from the usual toppings and acai mix that we were accustomed to . All that can be said is that they were delicious.This place is busy so I can understand other yelpers being upset about the wait time. I too am one of those who waited 10 minutes before being helped. What was amazing was not even a hello we'll be right with you or a thank you for waiting what will you have. A little acknowledgement goes a long way in the customer service industry, hence the deduction of 1 star.Once helped the girls working behind the counter rocked it and whipped up our two bowls in no time and boy were they delicious.Chloe was amazing. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area for a tasty acai or pitaya bowl."

"So a great way to start your day! The kindness and energy of the owners are incredible. Coffee, smoothie and breakfast options are great. "We were directed here by the staff at Kipling Ranch! Our food was AMAZING! And the staff was so kind!!! The best poke we had on our trip. All of the ingredients tasted super fresh. Will definitely come here again if we’re able to make it back to Kaua’i!"
