"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"A lot of a hit and miss place. Double Bubba is good, but do not explicitly forget to order cheese. Bubba style is good and reminds me of a burger at an old county fair. The fries are a failure. Why add a gluten coating? It would be easy to have gluten-free hair. After years of eating here, my complaint is the Sass. It was cute how snoring everyone was in the restaurant. But then COVID and the world crumbles and really, we all just want some nice people to welcome us. All in all? decent burger with a good GF neck. Do you make the Fritten GF and maybe smile? Maybe."

"The restaurant is pretty and it is very relaxing sitting next to the Koi pond. 5 star for the service. Although Lynn is the bus staff and not the main server. She is super friendly and has great customer service, make the guest feel welcome. The management should considering promoting her. 5 star for the environment: The bathroom need to be updated not fit for a grand hyatt hotel. 3 star for the food. The food is not bad but just OK. The presentation is nice, the food is warm and not hot. The portion is large. The taste is off, either very sweet or salty. If you are a foodie, this is nothing special. I went to a small local seafood restaurant called Sam 's and Sam has more tastier food. If you want a nice restaurant with good service. It is a good choice but don 't expect any wow food."
