As explained by the other reviewers, the menu for rice and noodles are in Chinese. The waitresses do speak English, but none could understand what I was asking for (all I wanted was fried noodles). They then completely ignored me and attended to their patrons. I had no other choice but to find soomeplace else to eat. I've not stepped foot in this restaurant since.
