What J likes about Rakuzen Plaza Arkadia:
amazing food, everything was fresh and tasted good. i ordered the twin dragon roll, zaru udon, beef teppanyaki with vege and seafood fried rice. food was served quickly and the waiters/waitress were friendly too. just wished they gave more seaweed for the zaru udon : overall good experience, will definitely go again.
