Excellent Japanese food. Fresh sashimi and large part for the tendon and tempura. I'm sure you need this for them because it's a restaurant in a five-star hotel...

Easily forgotten since it's located at the basement floor of MO hotel. Salmon sashimi slices here are thick and fresh and the gyudon is very yummy.

Kumizu special (crab cake) is signature starter of this restaurant. Bento Sabi is quite satisfying lunch box for those who eat a lot.
