"This is the only 100% vegan restaurant in Hirosaki that is open regularly. The seating is very comfortable. It has never been crowded when I've gone. They have plastic dividers on the table and alcohol at the door. The staff always wears a mask. They usually have 1 seasonal lunch that changes depending on the day and they always have curry rice. They also offer bentos for take-out. They have a few dessert options which change depending on the day and a drink menu including kokumotsu coffee and amazake. I was very satisfied with the lunch. It even came with cooked apple and sweet potato in a light syrup so I didn't need to order dessert. If you're in Hirosaki, I recommend coming here!"

"This small store cannot stand out, but it is one of the rare gems of Aomori. The whole bread here is natural and vegan. I bought one of almost every kind of bread there and I enjoyed all. I liked the coal broth. The with chocolate filling and the with mash pumpkin filling were amazing! The owner is from Aomori, but moved to Nagano where she began her bakery. She moved back to Aomori a few years ago to be closer to her aging parents. She said that there are not so many people in this area who are interested in buying healthy bread. Let's show her we exist! Very recommended if you are ever in the area. It is located directly on the street from Chamama Cafe, one of the only vegetarian restaurants in Aomori (vegan options available). Updated by previous review on 2021-08-31"

"Total. the shop itself was very cute and well designed. we were glad that they had seats in the open and as there were no other customers when we were there, we could take our selection! the menu includes various types of smoothies and acai dishes. I could use my eco-cup and eco-stroh for smoothie. both the smoothie and the acai dish we ordered were very delicious! we suggested that it would be nice if they could put a type of V brand or something on the menu, so it would be easier to see which items are vegan-friendly, and a week later they actually did it! amazing customer service not only that, but they have also changed their Granola recipe to use maple syrup instead of honey at this place! (Fujisaki site still uses honey) they serve some non-vegan savory items (sandwiches and such) and I beat them make a vegan sandwich or something in the future and they said they plan to do it! as exciting in October 2021 they started selling vegan baked goods like kekse, scones and muffins! updated by the previous review on 2021-09-16"

"Update Nov. 11, 2022: We used to go here without making a reservation, but they told us today that we need to make a reservation to order vegan food at least one day in advance now. It 's unfortunate because that 's one less option of food we can eat on the fly. We rarely plan our lunches the day before, so we probably won 't be going very much anymore. Original Post: We visited the restaurant without making a reservation. There is another restaurant that has vegan options just around the corner, so we figured even if they didn 't have anything at this place we could just go to the other place again. We asked upon entering if they had any vegan food and they pointed to the Tsuyu-Yakisoba on the menu and said We can prepare this for vegans. Maybe if you make a reservation they have some other options, but on this day they only offered us the one option so we both got the vegan Tsuyu-Yakisoba. The soup was flavorful and it came with a side of tempura which consisted of mushrooms, pumpkin, and eggplant. There were also Japanese pickles (tsukemono) and some toppings for the soup (yakumi). The restaurant itself was very spacious and had both Japanese tatami-style seating as well as Western seating (table and chairs). We went for lunch at 11:00 on a Sunday. It wasn 't too crowded, but it also wasn 't empty. Only about 20~30% of the seats were filled while we were there. They took our temperatures upon arrival and had us fill out a form with our contact information just in case. Overall, it was nice. I was happy to be able to try the Tsuyu-Yakisoba which is a popular regional dish. It 's always good to have more vegan options in the area. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-20"

"My husband and I were one night in this inn. We told them we were vegan when we reserved the room. We had a really nice stay and enjoyed the food and the bathroom. The first thing we noticed when we were in the room was that the cookies on the table had butter in them. We notified the owner about it and suggested that they find vegan guests for the next time. They were very responsive and thanked us for bringing them to their attention. Dinner was a lot of food for me, but everything was vegan! I saved my remains to eat lunch the next day. Breakfast was better for me (although I was still pretty crowded) but there were a few things that punished me. One was the Natto who came with a sauce package that I suspected could have fish extract. Another one was the pruned plum (umeboshi), which I suspected would have honey. There were also nori strips that sometimes have fish extract. I spoke my concerns about these things to the owner, and she said they will make sure and be more careful from now on. The trouble with food sometimes is that the cooks that make the food are not always vegan, so sometimes they make mistakes. Despite the few concerns I had, I would just like to say that I really appreciate them and I would like to support them to move forward. I still recommend you stay in this inn. And if you do, give them feedback if you have any concerns like me. You will hear and hopefully it will be better and better, the more people stay there."

"20220212 Last week we moved to 20220205. The inside of the shop was a simple and calm master song BGM with social disabilities in mind. Chicken is also thin and melts into Guinea. Achar A large serving, no need to eat until the night (laughs) Remove the shrimp curry, but is the taste of the master delicious even if you eat late at night? Contact Kuishi, but the last post is Aomori's bestスパイス curry shop. Please contact us with our kaema curry. I want to eat once a week. It is true. It is a coffee tigerana ice coffee shop in Aomori city."

"Apparently, just book right now. Usually they have a meal that is standard with meat, but they make it vegan when you let them know before. Always loved meals. They also take care of allergens, so most desserts should also be vegan."
