I love going to Gloria Jean's for a good White Hot Chocolate. Frankston Gloria Jean's never disappoints. My Hot drink is always the right temperature and so smooth to drink. Thank you to the staff for always making me a satisfied customer whenever I come around. read more.

Very poor customer service at 10 am on 29/02/2020. Store had 2 female employees working counter who were only interested in talking to each other. Didn't inform me when my coffees were ready, not interested in customers only interested in talking to each other. Will be informing all my social media friends of my experience. read more.

The large variety of coffee and tea specialties greatly enhances the value of a visit to Gloria Jean's Coffees Bayside Centre.

Absolutely horrible, go in 5 mins ago and get a hot choc and ask for a skinny hot choc, only to watch the girl proceed to use full cream milk. Some may not no t...
