Celebrated my mother's 90th birthday at Red last Monday. Brilliant success . I booked the big communal table for about 20 people. Good food. However service was rather slow considering the number of people cooking. The organisation of sections for wait staff seemed unorganised. We barely had one staff member pay much attention to us. Additionally once finished we physically had to find out our table number to then go up to the bar to pay.
