My husband and I went near to Kyoto Towers. We were looking for a decent Happy Hour Bar and found this place. It is definitely my new favorite for ¥700 you can choose a snack and either a beer or a wine/sparkling. Great value! And they play relaxing jazz music. Not too busy and really great ambience.
